I’m from Buenos Aires, Argentina (yep yep, here’s Argentina) and even though I officially have a Bacherlor’s Degree in Fashion Design, I prefer to say I’m a creative. I consider it inclues everything I like to related to the arts perfectly: design, photography, fashion, stylism and writing.
How everything started and why Dangerously Me
The name of the blog came out of a pseudo brand I had to develop for college. Ironically, one of my coworkers had introduced the name to me in Spanish: Peligrosa Imaginación (translated as “dangerous imagination”). “It’s so you! Always taking risks with fashion, colors and patterns”.
The thing is, all my life, and beyond fashion, I took the necessary risks to defeat my fears and do things that, in other people’s eyes, were deemed as “dangerous”: I traveled to South Korea to meet face to face my best friend (whom I had only known online until them). I traveled alone for the first time to London not knowing how I was going to move around the city. I accepted a position at work without having the required education to do it. I wear what I want and if it’s liked, great! If not, well, what am I going to do right?
I am known to be faint-hearted, but I don’t let my fears paralize me. I had my frist tattoo done in 2015, thinking that I was going to pass out from the pain, that I was not going to be able to let my tattoo artist continue, and here I am… with 3 big ass tattoos (and counting!).
What is Dangerously Me nowadays?
And as a life log, it’s about me, what I think, what happens to me, what I like. It’s not a niche blog, nor it is (today at least) my job. It’s my “passion project”, my baby, my place on the Internet where I do all my word vomit and share my opinions concerning life
and what the f*ck are we doing with the precious time there’s available.
The main topics of the blog are FASHION and TRAVEL, but with a touch of philosophy. I love to think, to reflect, to always ask “why”. I love inspirational quotes and my collection of books is growing sort of out of control.
